Update.. girlfriend hit me..i went to jail. help?

I asked a question about when to cut my ties to the girl whos been nothing but trouble for me for a long time now..heres the update, I went to her house after work and i confronted her about her sending my friend texts asking him to send her s.. she flipped and staring calling me all sorts of profanities, saying its my fault she did that because she was mad at me, eventually she started throwing swings at me and scratched me up pretty bad, I bear hugged her to get her to stop and she wouldnt calm down, she was doing this in front of our baby, while she was hitting me i threw her phone at the wall, in anger, I realized the situation was getting bad, so i called the police and went outside to wait for them, they showed up and sent ME to jail for destruction of a communication device and domestic violence in front of a child, she said that i held her down and she fought me off which is why i have marks, SHE HAS NO MARKS, the policeman said, that shes a female with a baby and im a guy, so of course they're sending me to jail, I spent the night in jail and my dad paid half my bail, i payed the other half, now im broke and cant pay rent.. It feels like the more im around her the worse things get for me, should i leave town, avoid her, and just pay child support or what?

Theres this guy at my school (popular/many girls are after him). Hes used to girls doing everything for him so I guess he feeds off of that to have a big ego. I'm 6'1 235 lbs. I have been working out for a good six months now using weights and doing 15-20 repetitions with them. Internal scan showed no baby?

I am currently 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant. With this pregnancy I had a positive home pregnancy test at 4 weeks 6 days. When I went to the doctor and what should have been 6 weeks and 5 days, they only were able to see the gestational and yolk sacs. No fetal pole, and no heart beat. I went back two weeks later and the fetal pole was seen externally, and when we did an internal scan the heart was beating away. I am hoping you will have the same results at your next scan. Just know that it certainly can turn out just fine :) My thoughts and prayers are with you!

CPS took my niece!?

The father of my niece called and said my sister did drugs, and they also said there were multiple reports of child abandonment. My sister volunteered to take a drug test, and they refused. They gave my niece to her father who is an illegal immigrant who isn't even on the birth certificate.There was no investigation, or report of findings, or a court hearing or anything their own pamphlet said was proper procedure. We called a couple of lawyers that did a free intial consultation and the number your supposed to call if you don't agree with how your case was handled, and nobody had called back. It's been over a month now, and the father won't let my sister see my niece, she's only 2 and has never been away from her mom. He has mentioned taking her to Mexico. hi, hve bn posting yesterday bout what i tought was my waters breaking, but doc said she couldnt determine as the test were negative and i shld come back if i get contractions. so all through the day ive not really been busy and tonight again i have water running down my leg... i had to change undies and am waring a pad rather. ive also been very nauseous tonight and had to go to the loo twice (no2 sorry tmi), i have lower back pain same as what u get before ur period... the one where ur legs feel like they not part of ur body and gonna fall off any time. at the top of my tummy i get a stiching pain on and off and now in lower abdomen what feels like really sore period pains. it is not like anything is going 'stiff/tight) it is just this really numbing pain. i am not sure if this is the onset of contractions, feels like my tummy gonna fall out. it is just important for me to know as the hospital is about an hour from here, hubby about 4 hrs and im alone (it is 21:30).

One Sick Girl!!!?

I started feeling ill this past week with a sore throat and runny nose! I went to the doc (who was out of the office, so his nurse practitioner saw me)...she looked at my throat and said that my left side was swollen but that it didn't look like strep or mono. I have had mono twice and it doesn't feel like mono. She put me on amox-clavin (stronger than amoxicillan) and sent me home. She didn't swab my throat because she thought it was the same "crud" everyone is getting and that my throat is probably sore and swollen from drainage. WELL, it is Sunday night and I definitely feel worse. My throat isn't better nor is it worse. I just feel cloudy in my head with a sore throat, drainage and swollen lymph nodes in my neck. Should I be freaking out about the lymph nodes? My lymph nodes seemed to swell prior to any of the symptoms I am having (but my husband had bronchitis and the "crud' and I didn't show signs of it until now....Opinions?????

My fiancee is on antibiotics for an infection in teeth 30 and 31. (Back teeth, lower right jaw) He is on antibiotics. Last night (day 1 of the antibiotics) he noticed a bump on the gum (pretty high up) of one of his front teeth (not causing any pain). If this is an abscess, will the antibiotics treat it? I would say maybe six or seven, although i do agree that smacking should be allowed i dont think it should be the first resort. I think if it is used too much it can get out of hand and can be over used or the child can be smacked too hard. I remember when i was just very sad about something and i was smacked which made me even more upset I(when i was about 5/6) so smacking isnt always the answer. Try and listen to what your children have to say and tell them how their behanvious effects you or others, they may be young but they arent stupid.

yeah people mix up f*ck buddies and FWB all the time. People say the only time you should ever see or hang out with that person is to have . That would make it a call. The only thing is to be clear about what you both want. What is Memphis like?

My personal opinion is that you should really reconsider. The heat in the summer is brutal. I grew up in Memphis and although they have a few positives such as Beale street downtown with some awesome night clubs, the risk just isn't worth it. The crime rate is horrible. Murder, , and theft run rampant in Memphis. It's the reason I moved away, and I wouldn't even go back for a visit. Please do some research before going and at least find out what parts of Memphis to avoid. Good Luck!

I ordered some party supplies for my sons birthday. Somehow I entered the wrong mailing address; consequently, my neighbor received the package. The tracking number indicated that it had been delivered to their house on the 21st of October. When I confronted them to ask for the package they told me they didn't have it; however, his demeanor told me otherwise. I am confident they have it and are not giving it to me.
