38+5 days... is this it?

hi, hve bn posting yesterday bout what i tought was my waters breaking, but doc said she couldnt determine as the test were negative and i shld come back if i get contractions. so all through the day ive not really been busy and tonight again i have water running down my leg... i had to change undies and am waring a pad rather. ive also been very nauseous tonight and had to go to the loo twice (no2 sorry tmi), i have lower back pain same as what u get before ur period... the one where ur legs feel like they not part of ur body and gonna fall off any time. at the top of my tummy i get a stiching pain on and off and now in lower abdomen what feels like really sore period pains. it is not like anything is going 'stiff/tight) it is just this really numbing pain. i am not sure if this is the onset of contractions, feels like my tummy gonna fall out. it is just important for me to know as the hospital is about an hour from here, hubby about 4 hrs and im alone (it is 21:30).
