Help a girl out -- What would you do if you were in my schools?

Theres this guy at my school (popular/many girls are after him). Hes used to girls doing everything for him so I guess he feeds off of that to have a big ego. Anyway , he likes me (I said I liked him because these girls who are after him hates me). I wanted to make them all jealous & envy me. Keep in mind that Ive never liked him (not after all of the nice things he did). I felt kinda bad for this guy since I was leading him on (I like someone else). Anyway , he befriended my guy friend and he told all my friend everything. He said these jerky comments such as "Oh Im gonna make my moves on her" her=me. "I give it 2 months till I get into her pants" "If a girl likes you , she will do everything for you" I am so fed up with this. I dont even feel an ounce of guilt because of what I did. However , I dont want to confront him. I still want to play him some more. Should I keep going and then break his heart later on?
