Nipple help please !!!!?

She is 17 and has pointy ,her only actually look like a very very little mound if she is cold or turned on .it is weird like they don't stick out at all whats wrong?!!!!!help like if you Touch it you can tell its her nipple cause the texture but it doest stick out is this normal?
