Changing brake wheel cylinder '65 chevy?

Google brake bleeding procedures and research it, it is not hard and is pretty universal from car to car on the process. I prefer the drip method then doing a manual bleed with an istant or brake bleeding kit . As far as brake balance with a 4 wheel drum car it is all about getting them all adjusted the same mechanically with matched components ie drums and pads. Be warned though even a properly adjusted system that stops straight during normal braking can still pull one way or another during a panic stop, its just the nature of 4 wheel drums.
