I'm 6'1 235 lbs. I have been working out for a good six months now using weights and doing 15-20 repetitions with them. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle for when the football season starts at school. I play on the line therefore would like to gain bulk and not necessarily tone. I workout everyday and drink a protein shake every morning and pre/post workout. Any tips on how I should weight train and any additional advice on my diet. Keep in mind I'm in high school from 8:00am to 2:30pm. Thanks
