Quickest & Healthiest way to loose weight?

Plain and simple... eat more fruits and veggies, low fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, chicken, fish, lean meat. Just go back to the basics for a while to jump start your metabolism. Then there is exercise... You need a mixture or cardio and strength training. If you have time, it's good to do a short workout in the morning in addition to your workout in the evening.
