Why is George Bush trying to start another cold war with Russia?

um. i doubt this will happen. Russia isn't what they used to be, nor do they have the means, allies, or know-how to be a treat to us at this stage, so i say, let george be george...besides, you DO understand that Bush is just a puppet right? I mean, the guy gets told what to do, so his actions aren't really HIM doing anything, it's his office, advisors, father, and people who control him, not him.
