Internal scan showed no baby?

I am currently 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant. With this pregnancy I had a positive home pregnancy test at 4 weeks 6 days. When I went to the doctor and what should have been 6 weeks and 5 days, they only were able to see the gestational and yolk sacs. No fetal pole, and no heart beat. I went back two weeks later and the fetal pole was seen externally, and when we did an internal scan the heart was beating away. I am hoping you will have the same results at your next scan. Just know that it certainly can turn out just fine :) My thoughts and prayers are with you!
