Seller refuses payment?

i purchased 3 dolls. the dealer told me to pay with paypal. when i tried to pay, seller refused method. this could be the problem, i deposited one hundred dollars the day i received the e-mail. paypal hold deposite 3-5 days. now this is the other thing. it is an international purchase, and money order and registered checks, are unacceptable. there is no other payment form accepted by the seller. i have contacted the seller and have had no response. this is puting my ebay account in jeopardy. the word help on both sites is stupid, because if you don't ask the questions that they give you to ask your on square 1 before you know it. is there such a thing as an intermediary? i send payment to that person, the seller sends product to that person, and a resolution is always found. maybe.
